Glycerine and aloe is a good combination
Seems to soften skin well but takes a while to get a meager lather up.

Not very user friendly
It is vey cumbersome to use. Many procedures are broken up into several segments without a quick reference between segments. Many illustrations are extremely vague with no spacial reference or orientation to the vehicle. Instructions not specific to the American market, so terminology can be confusing or even irrelevant (not pertaining to U.S. market). If you must know something about making a repair, you will probably, eventually, find the information. If you really need the info to do a repair, it might help printing out each relevant section to refer to.

Very small and light
Although small it has good power but seems to run hot. I don't think I'll push it near it's limits.
