Wonderful Book!
A friend shared her copy of this book with me and I had to have it. The Tropical Carrot Cake is excellent. I've made it several times and each time I get very positive comments. Everyone loves it.
The other recipes are wonderful, too, and I appreciate the large colorful photographs provided so I know what the finished product should look.
I highly recommend it. A great addition to any baker's library.

Great Value
I like how the doc explains the science behind the diet. Makes me buy-in more strongly. Now let's see how well I change my eating habits and lose weight.
