    The item pictured does not show accurate packaging. This was purchased as a gift and the clear plastic enclosure over the brush was stapled on. I could not give this as a gift since it appeared previously opened. When I messaged the seller regarding this he/she said it was stapled to keep the brush in the packaging. I messaged back explaining I could not offer this as a gift and there was no response. Poor misrepresentation of the product. And poor customer service.

    Have to staple blister packaging together so clear plastic blister does not loosen during shipping.....This is new old stock....had a problem with item if not stapled previously..so now all brushes are stapled to assure safe delivery.....Item is in no way mis repesented....
