I am happy with this purchase. The package had been opened, but the item was not damaged and worked properly.

Not very big
1 of 2 found this helpful I bought this for my grandma,thinking it would have large buttons. The pictures, on the website, are deceivingly big. Also, AT&T would not give it service.

Quality difference
These are not as good as the original manufacturer. Just little differences, like a small crack in the plastic.
