I paid a premium for a mint watch as I wanted the latest construction. The watch was advertised as mint. However it failed the authentication as it has a replacement crystal that was not manufacturer specific. The watch had obviously sustained some trauma which was patched up. The seller did take it back. Did he know about it when it was offered for sale??????

Good morning. I can assure you that I had no idea the crystal had been changed. I was sold the watch with the understanding it had "very little use" and still retained the factory stickers. Like you, I always like to have the latest and best watches in my collection, and I thought this Rolex met those specs. I hope you have found a Polar that you like, and I am sorry for the inconvenience.
