Good, but...
SO much better than crutches since it frees up the hands. But not for everyone. Takes some practice and balance. Really makes your knee sore so I had to build that up using a pad with a hole cut out.

OOPS, mistake to buy this one....
1 of 9 found this helpful Bought this as a gift for my son's Sony a6000, but discovered that I'd need to get an adapter which costs 3-4 times more than the lens. I feel this is deceptive and that it should've been mentioned to non-professional photographers like me who wouldn't know that.
