pretty good
it's pretty much silent. wish it had 4-pin motherboard connections but runs basically the same with asus p9x79 le motherboard as if it had 4-pin connection so no problem with my setup but could be a minus for someone else's setup. It might not control the fan speed from MB because of only 3-pin connection. good price
