Powerful!

These Lozenges have got to be the strongest you can buy over the counter! I was actually looking for a Lozenge that had Lidocaine in it, but not available in the USA. But the Cepacol InstaMax which contain Benzocaine work well. So if you get Covid and get the hacking throat and tons of mucus, get these they help a lot
