Awesome brand. Awesome projector.
This was my first projector and I still have it after 8ish years. If you compare it side by side with a 1080 or 4k projector it's, obviously, not as sharp but if you're just watching TV/movies, playing games etc on it and you're not a total cinephile then the 720p is plenty clear. I love the short throw aspect that allows you to keep the projector close and still produce a huge picture. I've used mine on the road a lot so the short throw (and carrying case) make it easy to take with me and set up on an end table or some other short term location. Love BenQ and love this projector.

Love BenQ
I have 2 other BenQ short throw projectors (the 770st & 1085st) so when I saw this one for a great price I figured I'd grab it for a separate location. I love short throw for the large screen size from a (relatively) short distance. I have this one set up in a living room. The other two are set up in my kids playroom and my master bedroom. We even set up a 300" screen outside to watch movies on and it works great for that too.
