communication and follow though lacking

I am sorry but I ordered these thinking they were TV and COMPUTER UTP. do you have these types?? I would gladly exchange them. if not I need to return them. one problem. I am in Honduras and will not be able to return them prior to January 5th. can you do this? I would buy the new ones now so they can come with the people visiting me and then return these when they return. lmk..thanks. i wrote the above an found out that my dispute was CLOSED, apparently because i didnt return them within a time frame that i could not keep from before the process began, which i explained. didnt you read my note and make arrangements to accept the product? im dissapointed.
