very disappointed

I was so excited to receive my first chromebook, and eagerly tried to log in and get going, but it could not find my wifi account. I tried all day, and nothing. initially when we contacted the number supplied, it was inferred that I had put in the wrong details, which we had checked and rechecked to make sure everything I was doing was right. Considering that we already have 3 laptops, 3 tablets, 2 phones and an e-reader using our wifi with no trouble, this indicated that the fault was with the machine. Eventually they did concede that the machine needed checking, and that was the point at which I asked for a refund. We were given a different number to ring and that was excellent service. She emailed me the return slip instantly and told us where to take it and were refunded in full no question. I have since purchase a different chromebook (different make) and it is perfect.
