Worked As Intended
This product was ordered to replace the power supply in a rather expensive big screen Samsung tv purchased approx 7-8 years ago. The tv had sound but no picture and thankfully I have a genius for a friend that went through it and gave me the best route to fix this issue.
(off topic) I am pretty skeptical of all "companies" regardless to ratings so I try to do my due diligence and vet places companies when my radar goes off. I was not able to find an actual location as noted on the website. No phone support as stated on the website was working for me. I had no reason to believe or even ask questions about the warranty or the "credit" offer to send my old (non working) part back. So I did not follow up.
Summarily this product I believe was refurbished but works very and I am happy with it thus far.
