It Works, with a little plumbers tape
1 of 1 found this helpful I like this watering can because it does what it is supposed to do, is durable and the price was reasonable. Of course it is green and it holds 2 gallons of water.
I did have to wrap plumber's tape around the stem to stop the drips. This would be inherent in all plastic watering cans due to how the mods are made and filing off the unneeded plastic mold around the screw stem would be cost prohibitive.
Remember 2 gallons is heavy so if you have aged or are not as strong as you would like this could be a problem easily solved by not filling it to the brim.
I would recommend this can to anyone needing a large watering can that wants to keep cost down.
