  This item was listed as fitting a 2009 Suzuki SX 4 but it was no where near being the correct part. However the part was new and in the box and was a nice part. Upon contacting the seller I was very quickly issued a return authorization and a shipping label. Once the seller had the return package I was again quickly issued a full refund.   Package of Spark Plugs arrived as scheduled, & as described. Packing could’ve been a little better. No obvious damage noted to individual spark plugs. Unfortunately, USPS isn’t kind to packages they handle. Seller contacted & was very fast to reply & apologize for the way they were packed. Which I believe is good customer service. I'd buy from this seller again. Thank you.
