I can retire my paring knife

Hey, what do I, a 75 year old man, know about kitchen mandolines. I needed something to uniformly cut tomatoes and cucumbers. This gizmo seems to do a good job and I haven't cut my fingers yet as a bonus. I'll be using my paring knife a lot less from now on. Oh yeah, the device actually arrived two days earlier than promised and in fine, unblemished condition.

Batteries Last A Long Time In This Device

This is the second copy of Acu-Rite Wireless Digital Refrigerator/Freezer Thermometer I have owned. The original is still working after about three years, on its second set of batteries. Other brands wore out their batteries within three months. If I buy another refrigerator I will buy another Acu-Rite thermometer!
