Get 4G in an area without signal
4 of 4 found this helpful I live in Pacific Grove, California by the ocean for the past 14 years. The best service provider here has been Verizon, but since I live a few hundred feet from the ocean, the signal strength is almost non-existent. Until recently I have used a 3G Network Extender but when I purchased my Samsung Gear S3 Smart-Watch, it only works with 4G Networks, thus I had to purchase this product.
it was extremely easy to install. Simply plug it into your Internet Provider's Modem, place the Network Extender near a window (if that isn't possible, there's an extendable cable for the antenna). Call Verizon and tell them the MAC Address from the sticker on the device and plug it into power. The LCD display goes through the 14 steps and when finished you will see 4G at FULL STRENGTH on your cell phone.
