SB0200 PCI sound cards = useless, unless you run Win XP
The PCI sound cards with model number SB0200 are stripped-down, non-standard versions of budget sound cards, put out by Dell several years ago.
BEWARE: not only will you NOT be able to find drivers that work for this type of card ANYwhere online for ANY operating system beyond approximately Windows XP, but MANY places online will claim that they have drivers which work in Windows 7. ALL of them are lies, and worse, many such sites HAVE VIRUS INFECTIONS IN THE DOWNLOADS.
Unless you're running Windows XP or earlier, save yourself some time & frustration. AVOID these cards.
I have over 20 years experience building & servicing PC's & networks, & I wasted in excess of four aggravating hours of my life with this.
No matter where you get these, & no matter how well they try to help, the likelihood of you being able to use one of these with a modern (or even semi-modern) operating system is nearly zero, unless you can successfully write your own drivers.

Excellence.
The combination of features, quality, & price on this device is simply impossible to beat. There may be better sound cards on the market (maybe), but nowhere near this price -- & if there *is* one better, you are unlikely to actually notice the difference with any human ear.

Xeon Socket 1366 for the value & performance WIN !
Late May, 2019: I ran into a problem for the first time ever with my Intel Core i7-950: it lacked the processing power to simultaneously encode and stream video content in 1080 resolution. I had been running that thing for years & years & had never even bothered to overclock it (wasn't necessary). With an Asus X58 Sabertooth motherboard, I could have overclocked that CPU, but instead, I checked for alternatives.
Early June, 2019: I did some research & found that my motherboard would run a Xeon W3680 CPU, and that they easily and thoroughly overclock while running cool, and that they have unlocked multipliers, so I could leave my RAM & the rest of my motherboard running at stock speeds if I wanted to, etc. I bought one on eBay for an astonishing $40 ! (When this model CPU came out a little over 9 years ago, it was $999 !)
I ran a test of the CPU at STOCK speed (133x25=3.33GHz).
Cinebench R15 multi score: 825.
I then left ALL VOLTAGES SET TO AUTO and changed ONLY the CPU's multiplier.
Running @ 133x30 (4GHz instead of stock 3.33GHz), Cinebench R15 score rose to: 892.
Running @ 133x34 (4.5GHz instead of stock 3.33GHz), R15 score made it to: 987.
I have not even bothered to try to push it any further. This score beats those of *many* more modern, way more expensive CPU's running on newer sockets. This is proven faster than an i7-4770K that was overclocked to 4.4GHz !
Let me be clear: I was cooling this with a Hyper212 Evo, which is an AIR COOLER.
Summary: I just spent $40 to bump up the performance of my Socket 1366 based PC to above the performance of most CPU's of the NEXT socket that came after it. I changed NOTHING but the CPU.
Astonishingly fast, amazingly cheap. What's not to love about this ?
