not as good as advertised
does not keep off starlings as a previuose reviewer has states, also springs sticking ,only had about a month as well ,and no help given
also
item descrisption is for small birds I have been told it doesnt keep off starlings despite a starling being a MEDIUM sized bird not a small bird .
we have had to contact the feeder company themselves hopefully they will help . its alot of money for something not to work
