The QR code to scan for installation instructions provided by your company, saved me doing further damage as I bought from another company the inside handle/lock as it had snapped off. They delivered like yours promptly, and no damaged or missing ordered items. But no installation instructions.. just the item wrapped in bubble wrap. I would have struggled without your company link.
