The end is snapped off and no pictures to show the damage. No response, no returns. Part goes in the garbage where it belongs. The listing included photographs of the damaged portion of the item. The listing also states returns not accepted. The part IS usable if you don't have side cases on your motorcycle. I used the part without side cases on my own motorcycle. When I decided to get side cases I replaced the part with an un-damaged part and offered the damaged for sale on eBay.

Master cylinder Rebuild kit
It seems ok but it's not what I thought I ordered. I thought it was for the clutch master cylinder. The clutch master cylinder piston is smaller in diameter than the brake master cylinder piston. My mistake.
I'm sure I'll be able to used it in the future.

Just like any other 'Smart Charger' that I own. Nothing special except CANBUS SYSTEM Charging
The instructions on how to read the Optimate indicator lamps are poorly written.
I have four batteries that I tried it on.
1. Installed in a BMW Motorcycle that's over 4 years old which has been on a battery minder.
(Optimate didn't charge it higher than 12.83v)
2. A brand new Duracell motorcycle battery that has never been used, occasionally charged with a battery minder and when bought was over 13v (Optimate will not charge it past 12 volts).
3. A sealed brand new interstate gel battery that is supposed to be Factory Activated plug and play which is totally dead. (Optimate wasn't able to recover it as it claims)
4. A sealed used motorcycle battery with only 5 volts. (Optimate did not charge it past 5v in 48hrs; status all indicators keep flashing but instructions don't explain what that means).
I'm a little disappointed.

Misleading in Size
It misses the mark because it is very small and it does not fit over hand grip that are above 25mm (1 inch) in diameter. I tried to open it to fit on 33mm diameter BMW Grips and it snapped into pieces.
