Good product but has been discontinued by company
This is a very good product for me. I continue to use if for that reason. However, since the meter has been discontinued by the manufacture I would not recommend anything that has been discontinued.

Great recipes and excellent instruction
These books have great recipes and give excellent instruction on how to do it. I have had the Salads book for over 20 years. It was worn to pieces because of use. I was so excited that I found it's replacement and getting the Fish & Shellish plus Chicken and Other Poultry was a great bonus. Some of the Salad recipes have been a mainstay for holiday cooking for years. Highly recommended.
