  When I originally purchased this item, I found the item for a cheaper price. I attempted to cancel the purchase, but they wouldn’t allow me to cancel it because the item was about to be shipped. When it arrived, I didn’t even open the package. I immediately requested a return. They ask me for an explanation. I let them know I found the item for cheaper elsewhere. They wanted me to provide proof of that. Now they want me to pay for return shipping which is around $300. Item was only $126.

  We have never sold the product at the price you mentioned, and you cannot provide any evidence for that either. Moreover, I have already agreed to your request for a return and refund. However, since this is not our fault, you will need to bear the shipping cost for sending the product back to us.
