  The quality & condition of the item was perfectly fine, the only problem was my toilet needed other work doing to it before it would be fixed. Also the item wasn’t packaged in a postal bag or box, rather it just had a sticker with my address on. So as there was a deeper underlining problem with my toilet I can’t fully say that this product did or did not do what it was intended.
