Never get bored again!
I really enjoy this workout. You select which area you want to work,how hard you want to work (level 1 or 2), and for how long. The dvd does the rest by mixing up 1 minute segments. Even if you select the same type of workout over and over you probably won't do the same workout twice. The only teeny downside is that if you select a full body workout, you may find yourself standing, then on the mat,then picking up weights, then switching weights ( you need 1 set of light hand weights and 1 set heavier ) which becomes a bit tedious if you choose a longer workout. The dvd also includes different warm ups and a stretching segment. I use this along with my regular cardio for strength and toning.
