Not a well written book
I received the book quickly and in very good shape - maybe it was even new. But the content is so drawn out. Person by person, step by step in a Boeing manner. This book could have been a five page article and be much more compelling. My book group is reading it and my plan now is to watch the documentary about the events.

Love this cookbook!
I love the cookbooks by Nava Atlas even though I am not vegan or even vegetarian. We love vegetables and grow a lot of our own, and will eat meals that are anything: vegan, vegetarian, fish or meat-based. I needed a book with more options for cooking greens since we grow a large amount of those. This book is awesome.

Very interesting book!
Very very interesting book - for adults and teens. Not for younger teens and pre-teens unless guided by an adult.
