Unfortunately part of the case had a dent in it, but the seller was quick to offer to negotiate a discount, without any quibble. We came to terms with goodwill on both sides. I repaired the case, and it works well. Having had to give up my tower pc - with a lightscribe drive - in favour of a more modern pc with a fiddly slimline optical drive, I was glad to bring the lightscribe drive back into service. Great eBay seller, thank you!
