A nice refreshing album from McCartney.
1 of 1 found this helpful It's Paul McCartney releasing his third solo album where he plays all the instruments himself as per the previous solo albums and it has a nice warm rustic acoustic feel to it which works well for this time of the year and the way we are living at the moment.
McCartney III has a nice cool country air feel to it with no pretensions just Paul McCartney kicking back and letting it all hang out, a band member from Wings once said Paul is a farmer who likes to play music and thats what this album feels like, McCartney just having fun on his daughters Mary's farm.

Great packaging, four discs with exclusive features, two lithographs, and a nicely bound book on George, I am really pleased with my purchase.
The DVD is nicely researched from childhood, Beatle years to solo period, using two dvd's part 1 for The
Beatles period & part 2 for the solo years.
Nice up to date interviews with remaining Beatles, Eric Clapton, close friends, etc, & tons of unseen footage with George
at home with the family & on various tours around the world, at a running time of 4 hours plus an exhaustive
effort in bringing to the public the real, wonderful, thought provoking George Harrison.
The book is nicely bound and full of charm & interesting facts ,plus nice 8x4 framed photos to round off
the package, great value for money compared to the rest of the box sets out there and last but not least
the packaging is beautiful, a wonderful job by Olivia & Dhani Harrison, as always with their products on
George. Buy it, you will not regret it.
