Old school phone
2 of 2 found this helpful My partner had an original Nokia 1100 but the keys had nearly all worn away. She loves the simplicity of it: phone, text, torch and long battery life. Really happy with the new one: it's in excellent condition considering the age of the phone.

Easy reading but with plenty of content
I have to start by saying that I've based my scores on paying £6 for this book rather than the full RRP of around £16. For the lower price it's a very good travel guide and introduction to Japan. We're hoping to visit Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka next year and spend several days in each. For that amount of time it looks useful as larger books could provide too much information.

Much improved sound experience
Having suffered with the tinny sound of the new Panasonic TV for many months, I decided to go for the budget option of this soundbase. I saw mixed reviews from various sources but I didn't want to pay hundreds.
It was very easy to set up using HDMI leads and the volume is controlled with the TV remote using the Panasonic VIERA link. The difference is massive, especially on films and music. There's a choice of 6 pre-sets but you can also vary certain settings. I managed to get a refurbished unit for about half the cost of a new one, so that makes it even better value. You can also connect mobile devices via Bluetooth to play your music.
