Should delight any Christian reader

Because of CS Lewis' endorsement, whose work I always enjoy, this was my first taste of George McDonald. Everything George McDonald is wonderful, profound, entertaining, witty, pithy, so filled with keen spiritual insight. This book distills his essential ideas. An excellent, easy read.
