I started to doubt about the product been legit, for one thing the cap doesn’t even stay closed, I will take the product to a distributor near me to make sure is legit, and it doesn’t do much for my hair like other times, not happy at all!!!
As I was using the product, I kept noticing it wasn’t doing it’s job so I called John Paul Mitchell and spoke with a very nice lady who checked why would the product wast working, she discovered it was “2 yrs old”. I get people need to make a living just as I do but don’t try to make money by taking advantage of us by not disclosing EVERYTHING about the product. Honesty is key to have a growing business, the truth comes out sooner or later.
Let’s treat others they way we want to be treated😉
