Terrible product
I purchased one here and two others from brisk and mortar stores which carried them for a VERY short time at some stores. But they pulled them as quick as they put them out.
Out of three, two had seriously malfunctioned. One just had intermittent issues.
It's no wonder they don't last. It looks like a half blind monkey with one arm soldered the electronics.
What they need to do is add two more handle lock downs so it actually makes a tight seal. Mine went through $20 of batteries before I threw it in the rubbish can

Great Product
1 of 1 found this helpful Great product, in fact it's the best thermal interface material on the market. It's a little known fact that Arctic Silver Adhesive is even better performing than their Arctic Silver thermal paste.
Only downside is it's almost a permanent method of affixing. (Although there are many ways to break the bond if your careful.

Inexpensive and works well. Lights up my Harrier long gun vehicle safe nicely
Decent enough product. I had been using a competitors motion activated light inside my vehicle's SecureIt Harrier long gun quick action safe. The other product didn't appreciate the vibrations of my vehicle, sometimes it came on, sometimes it didn't.
Replaced it with this light, and it's all good and much more light. Plus this holds more batteries thus more runtime.
I did however crack open the clear front faceplate and put in red friction film so that it puts out red motion activated light. You could do the same thing with a strip of red electrical tape, which works almost as well, and then not having to remove the clear plastic cover.
Since this light is pretty bright to begin with, doing this slight mod works for me. Even with a red filter, its plenty bright while preserving my night vision.
