  I really appreciate the seller's effort in processing my refund for the CRT TV that wasn't turning on. They were prompt, professional, and understanding throughout the process. Their excellent customer service made this situation much easier to resolve. I'm pretty sure the shipping company were the ones who damaged it since the seller packaged it so well for people to be careful with. Thank you for your support and attention to this matter

  Works great! Was shipped in a secure box with plenty of cushioning, product came as described, and I feel like I got what I paid for out of it. The crack in the plastic got a little wider with shipping, but it's just a cosmetic thing and I'm not worried about it. Thanks!
