I specifically ordered a Garnet ring but instead recieved a ring that was VERY orange! Seller asked me to close the return process and stated he would send the replacement so stupid me closed the return process and waited and waited for the replacement to be sent but I never recieved it!! It's been over a month and STILL no replacement ring!!! Now I can't even return the ring or get my money back!! They screwed up the first one so I should be refunded or get a replacement! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
