In cold weather you can’t do without it!
I use my CAMP CHEF SMOKER year round.
I have put up plywood wind blocks and tried everything in order to maintain the proper temperature in the smoker.
This absolutely does the trick!
I cannot believe how well it works. If you can position your smoker out of the wind you won’t need to put up the wind blocks. Having this blanket to maintain thermal stability makes all the difference in a success instead of a failure.
