Perhaps good for a slimmer leg. I'm a 6' male, 190lbs with a 25" upper thigh, and this holster is way too tight.
Although the quality of this velcro and snap-plastic connectors is decent (especially for only $9.00), the size is more for a smaller individual. My upper thigh measures about 25" and that is too big for the largest/longest setting on this thigh holster.
I'd say if your more than about 23" at the upper thigh, then look for another holster.

Too small, even for "world's smallest" - not worth more than a couple bucks
Very very small. It's much smaller than I expected, and I expected it to be pretty small. It's really not worth more than a dollar or two.
