  Thanks for leaving negative feedback. You received Dec.9, 2023 and today is the 16th. You never bothered to contact me, or let me know there was a problem. The snowbaby collection comes in styrofoam 3 " thick on either side of item. My packaging is excellent but if the Postal Service chooses to break things I cannot control the carrier. I am truly sorry it broke and would love to see pictures of what broke and where. You never sent pictures either.
