A fine kit, that can be made better.
This basic, styrene kit is a fine structure for the beginner. The assembly is easy and all the parts are pre-colored. For the more advanced beginner, a bit more effort can make this an outstanding addition to ones layout. I painted all the parts in more appropriate (to me) colors. After assembly, detailing (signs, accessories and figures) were added. I sanded off the molded-on roofing detail and laminated paper rusty corrugated roofing material from The Model Builder program. With the addition of some cut scrap wood (to resemble lumber), the model occupies a place next to my other [craftsman] kits. For the price, one cannot beat this kit.

Yet Another Kit From This Excellent Seller
This was the second Roundhouse Overton-style car I purchased from this seller. My previous buy was for an Overton coach; whilst this was for the Overton combination car. Both kits were fun to build and redecorate for my home layout (the Monks Island Railway). Take your time with the assembly. I chose to include window glazing (the original windows are 'blank'). I also used canopy cement to 'glaze' the clearstory windows (small additions that make all the difference). The kits come with X2F (hook-horn) couplers - which I replaced with Kadee #148 whisker units. I also replaced the included plastic wheel sets with Kadee metal wheels. A bit of re-lettering (from The Milwaukee Road to Monks Island Railway) and I now have a couple of nice cars for my tourist runs. In summary, this is an excellent seller.

Apple IPod touch...a must have!
I immediately fell in love with the IPod's sleek design and ease of use. Loading songs (and Apps) was not difficult...even for this non-techie. We coupled the IPod with an Altec-Lansing speaker system and can now listen to music anywhere (home, car, motor home, picnic table). Trust me, you will love this device.
