Aleve TENS Unit
This product is great. It has similar power to ones I've used in physical therapy offices. The sticky pads aren't the best but I don't think it's really meant to be worn around. Great value so far. I would recommend it. I really helps with my back pain. You can place it in other areas besides just the low back.

Hydro Force Paddle board

It's a little tough to blow it up to the right pressure with the hand pump and it has been hard to find adapters to blow it up with an electric pump. Still a great board and I love the kayak seat if want to rest or use the double paddle sitting down. I would highly recommend!

Grinder review
This little grinder works great! It has a little magnet on the top teeth area that keeps the top closed while grinding. The sharp teeth work super quickly, in only a couple turns. It is a small grinder so it is better for a small amount of herbs. All around a great value!
