Zildjian Cymbal Safe

Great cymbal case for a great price!

I bought one of these back in the 90s, gigged, toured, and still use it all the time to this very day! Even had it fall on the highway in an accident and slide down the road a few hundred feet, no damage to my cymbals and the case was barely scratched up! Been one of the best investments for instrument protection I have ever made. Needed another to store more cymbals so bought a new one and paid LESS for it now than I did for my original one over 25 years ago. Can't compare it to others, because this is the only dedicated cymbal safe/case I've ever owned other than ones built into flight cases etc. For a gigging drummer, you just can't beat it for the price and protection it offers for your cymbals.

Tama low level entry stands

These stands were actually below the standard for Tama I was expecting. After being a Tama player for years in the past, I was expecting a little better quality of finish but these are acceptable for the price. Not high end, not extremely low end, but worth the price, but there are better quality available for around the same price. These are well built, function well enough, just the fit and finish is not up to Tama's normal quality. Not disappointed, but not overjoyed with them either. If you need stands and on a tight budget, these will fit the bill.

Good hardware bag

First off, the "padding" is not truly padding but just a soft fuzzy material liner with no real padding that I could note. That out of the way, it is made well, will hold more hardware than you can easily pick up so don't load it full or you'll overload it !! Extra storage end is great for smaller, loose items and will handle 32" stand height very easily. I'm able to fit four cymbal stands, hi-hat, snare, and bass drum pedal along with floor tom legs, and other miscellaneous items with room left for more! Like I said, it WILL hold more than you can easily carry weight wise. Just had it a short time so don't know how it will hold up to heavy use but since it's made out of pretty heavy material, I expect it to wear just as good as my Gator drum bags I've had for several years. Good buy, but if you really need better means to transport, spend the few extra bucks and get the Gator hardware bag with the formed bottom, handles, and wheels.
