Disappointing
It is a disappointment. It is extremely fun for the first handful of rides. Then everything starts to go wrong. The remote constantly drops connection which immediately applies the breaks this happened to me at top speed going down hill. The crash was enough to keep me off the board for over a week. It instilled enough fear that I rarely go over a few MPH. Even then the remote drops connection and if you don’t have quick feet your going down... hard.
They will do warranty work out of California but you have to pay shipping. For me in Michigan it was going to cost $150+ to ship it.
DO NOT BUY this product. Save some more extra cash and get the Boosted Board.
The battery has gotten to the point that a trip to the mailbox burns it up before I even return. And it’s on blacktop with no hills...
The wheels started chipping and peeling apart.
The deck paper started peeling off.
This was a $500 lesson for me. I honestly got so fed up with the board that I cut all the wires, broke it in half and tossed it in the trash to prevent anyone else from trying to use.
The price is attractive but please listen. This is not a good buy you will be so upset a few weeks into the ownership. I live in the perfect setting for this product. Smooth blacktop roads that are maintained daily by a maintenance crew hired by the HOA. If it fails miserably in this setting I couldn’t imagine what it would be like on city streets.

Absolutely incredible
1 of 1 found this helpful I was skeptical at first. I used a cell phone tower locating website pointed at the tower I went from 1x to 4G LTE 3 to 4 bars instantly. Fricking incredible.
