This is a great workout!! It doesn't matter if you're overweight or not The workout is perfect! If people need a goal this is the way to go. If you just want a REALLY GREAT WORKOUT this is also the way to go!!!

The eyes have it!!
My doctor recommended it. I have a lot of eye trouble and this helps.
