I did it and it works*****
Easy to install. Works first time out of the box!! Spring appears to be strong and durable. Gun smith wanted $150.00 to replace this $less than $20.00 part. Actually takes the trigger pull down form a 12 to approximately a 8.

Sorry bought wrong item
{ guess your grips are OK for some folks but they are not what I thought I was buying. Not your fault, I was looking for something with a little padding and your grips (in my opinion are designed for less slippage or movement in the hand when firing a hand gun). In that respect your grips work just fine but once again, my bad and thank you for asking!

does not fit
Magazine would not fit into the gun without excessive sanding on sides of magazine and filing inside handle.
