  Seller had great communication, and offered a refund when I reached out to let them know the product was defective. Thank you very much! The DSL gateway powered on but would get stuck in a boot loop that made it impossible to see or remedy whatever the problem was. By the time I would login to the admin panel, it had rebooted again. When I notified the seller of this problem, they spontaneously offered a refund. I tried again to get it to work by using the factory-reset button, but to no avail.
