plenty of support and very comfortable, best to use alittle bit of medical tape to stop it coming off as mine did during the night...

does the job
all functions seem to work but the OK button is very touchy and when using it to choose a channel from the tv guide it will go straight back to guide as if you pressed it twice...

works great BUT no tv guide button so you can't access that feature which is a pain,as far as i know all tvs now adays have a guide so mind boggles
