Design fault with this graphics card
2 of 14 found this helpful There is a fault with this model of graphics card. It cannot produce screen output until windows loads. The screen is blank with a message "out of range" when the computer boots up. This means it is impossible to enter the computer BIOS to change settings because the BIOS can't be seen. It is also impossible to see the bitlocker password screen - I have to enter my password blindly to get the computer to load windows. In 20 years of using PCs I have never had a graphics card that is incapable of screen output during booting up. It works fine once windows loads. I have contacted gigabyte support and still no response or solution to this major problem
