Door does not stay shut
I only used it about 4 times and the door keeps popping open and it will not operate unless the door is securely shut. I am now having to resort to taping the door shut to get it to work.
The issue with replacements and warranty is always the same - the product should work in the first place. We get deliveries for convenience and then have to spend valuable time and effort we do not have to chase up the supplier, take 'videos to show how the product is not working' - or organising returns - and it just is not worth the time and the effort. At this price and the trouble it is, I would best be throwing it in the bin - once the taping the door shut gets too much, and just buying something else from somewhere else.
Most of my time these days is spent chasing stuff up that should have worked in the first place.
