Absolutely great, but has its hiccups
1 of 1 found this helpful I bought this product because I have a Golden Retriever and got tired of seeing dust-bunnies of his hair all over, and didn't have the time to vacuum everyday. This product is great in that I can simply click the button first thing in the morning, and for the next hour it'll scoot around and collect those pieces of hair before they even become 'bunnies' as well as the other dirt that has been tracked in. It works great in this regard. Bad thing is, I have to clean/empty the machine after every use(their is that much hair) otherwise the hair will get into the mechanics and break the Roomba. Also if you have black rugs, the Roomba will have problems with them -it thinks they are a cliff, so avoids going up on them, and will stall out thinking it is stuck. But overall I still love my Roomba - definitely for those lacking time, or just plain lazy at heart.
