Poor Quality
I bought two and mounted them with tires rated at 70lbs. The 2nd one I mounted blew at 50 psi. I guess I should have read the last review before mine.

Great product for 9mm, 45 ACP and other short cartridges.
When adjusted properly, it slows the plate at the end of travel and keeps the powder from flying out of the 9mm cases as the shellplate locks up. I used the 650 for years without it for .38 Special and .357 Magnum, but with 9mm, powder was flying everywhere.

Great Value
The die was new and in the box as advertised. It works great, especially with mixed brass of slightly different length. Much easier to adjust than trying to get by with a light roll crimp.
