Been looking for a house awning for a while and this one fits the job perfectly value for money.
Was easily installed with the fixings supplied but you will need help as it is a 2 man job. Installed in an hour and is super smooth in operation. Super pleased with this awning.
would definately recommend.

installing seal with great result and savings.
The seal is excellent and was easy to fit the back spring wire holding clamp was a bit difficult to fit and really needs help of another 2 hands but I did manage to get it fitted myself. If you are going to install one then watch the video of how to there are several on you tube and without watching you will not get the seal fitted.
I am very happy with the end result and the seal is working great after a dozen or so washes great purchase. and probably saved myself £80 to£100 pounds.
