Easy to follow and easy to understand without being boring.
I bought this book so that I could review guidelines on food safety in my restaurant. It is broken down into easy to follow chapters and you can use as much or as little as needed for your target audience. Written perfectly for kitchen and waitstaff, easy to understand the reasoning behind things as simple as washing hands and proper food temperatures. The book does go into more detail where needed, but there are other books you would want for the inner microbiology of food safety and that's not what this is geared for.

Good price, great movie
Has always been one of my favorite movies. Love Marlon Brando in this movie. Good price for the DVD

Great condition, battery life and love the screen.
I can't believe the battery life on this. Been using it over a week and still at 70%. The screen is really an eye saver. I used to be able to only read 30 minutes or so before the lighting got to me. I've done and easy 90 minutes without blurring of vision. The case included was also just right. Good deal.
